Instructional class describing the musculoskeletal changes during pregnancy, body mechanics, movement and pain prevention, led by trained physical therapists. Class to focus on the latest research and American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists (ACOG) guidelines on exercise prescription during pregnancy. This class will include lecture, demonstration and participation in stretching and strengthening exercises. Please wear loose comfortable clothing and gym shoes. Partners welcome but not required. Yoga mats will be provided, but feel free to bring your own.

The session is $20/couple. Advance registration is required.
