The Cancer Centers at Columbia St. Mary's Hospital Ozaukee and Water Tower Medical Commons will be hosting Oncology on Canvas mid-November. This art exhibit enables us to reach patients and hospital visitors with messages of hope from others who have been touched by cancer. Oncology on Canvas is an art exhibit offered by Lilly USA, LLC, in partnership with the National Coalition for Cancer Survivorship (NCCS).

People diagnosed with any type of cancer, their families and friends, caregivers, and healthcare providers were invited to submit works of art in the form of acrylic, watercolor, oil, pastel, photography and one-dimensional mixed media. After an art competition, the collection of artwork tours on exhibit to various hospitals and cancer centers. Columbia St. Mary’s now has the opportunity to display this touching exhibit to our employees, physicians, visitors and patients.

Columbia St. Mary’s physicians, employees and the community are invited for a gallery viewing at the Cancer Center located at Water Tower Medical Commons on Tuesday, November 17 from 4:00 to 7:00 pm, or at the Cancer Center at Columbia St. Mary’s Hospital Ozaukee on Thursday, November 19 from 4:00 to 7:00 pm.
