Open enrollment is a once-a-year opportunity for you to re-evaluate your current health care coverage and, if you wish, make changes. It’s important to assess personal factors such as age, lifestyle and overall health when selecting a physician. Columbia St. Mary’s has specialists who can offer assistance in explaining the vast scope of programs and services we provide.

Columbia St. Mary's health care system is comprised of four hospitals: Columbia St. Mary's Hospital Milwaukee, Columbia St. Mary's Hospital Columbia, Columbia St. Mary's Hospital Ozaukee and Sacred Heart Rehabilitation Institute.

You'll also have access to 62 community clinics located throughout Milwaukee, Ozaukee, Sheboygan and Washington Counties that offer primary care along with specialty services, treatments and procedures. For your convenience, we offer four urgent care centers.
