| Weigh to Go is an exercise class designed for people in the CSM Bariatric program. This 6-week class is led by a qualified instructor who leads the participants through low impact cardiovascular, strength and balance training.

Both classes meet at the Orthopaedic Hospital of Wisconsin, at 575 West River Woods Parkway in Glendale (just off of Port Washington Road between Hampton and Capitol Drive).
The cost for a six week session is $60.
