CaringBridge® is a nonprofit web service that connects family and friends during a critical illness, treatment or recovery. It is private, FREE and available 24/7. It helps ease the burden of keeping family and friends informed. In return, family and friends can give patient and caregiver support through guestbook messages.

Columbia St. Mary’s is an organization of three campuses, over 62 clinics, urgent/outpatient care centers, a college of nursing, a partnership with the Orthopaedic Hospital of Wisconsin and several children's schools. We have all joined together to serve Milwaukee, Ozaukee and Washington counties – with more than 155 years of service to individuals and families in these communities.

Patient Representatives
Columbia St. Mary's wants to provide the best possible care to our patients. One of the primary roles of the Patient Representative is to listen to our patients and their families regarding their stay at our hospitals.
Schedule & Pre-Register Outpatient Procedures
Columbia St. Mary's wants to make access to the services at our hospitals as convenient as possible for you and your family.
When you call to schedule your appointment, you can pre-register at the same time. Pre-registration may include asking for information such as your insurance carrier, physician name and address, and more.
Patients who currently schedule appointments through a clinic or department other than Central Scheduling, should continue to do so. Please note that these departments are typically open during regular business hours, 8 a.m.-4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday.

Smoke Free Policy

Website Nursery
Columbia St. Mary’s Hospital Milwaukee provides a nursery website. While in the hospital parents can have images taken of their baby and the baby's photograph can appear on our nursery website. Photos are not posted on the nursery website unless the mother signs a consent form.
